If your items happened to be damaged or faulty we will replace them! We do everything we can to get our product to you safely, but the devil works weekends and sometimes he gets away with a little package menacing! Please contact us via our contact page with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty product.

HANDLING
Typical handling time is 48hrs - 72hrs.
DELIVERY
The Standard Delivery time worldwide is 4 - 6 Days, but in some areas it can take up to 14 days. Please see Delivery Advice on the product information when purchasing your items.
Please note that postal delays in your own geographical location may affect delivery time estimates.
All orders are able to be tracked by email or text updates, or via the shop.app.
We generally ship with FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as our default delivery option. We use services that are reliable and provide package tracking.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout. The location of the supplier and destination determines the speed of delivery, and so we try to provide general delivery estimates for every item on its product page.
For some of our products we are required to send them by Australia Post. This will also be noted in the products information. During Covid-19 there have been unavoidable delays in some parts of the world. CUSTOMS TAX/FEES
Please be aware that your 777 thirteen order may be subject to custom tax in your geographical location. You the recipient may incur additional charges that are out of our control. This could be non-reclaimable custom tax as well as administration fees.
For outside Australia and any non-EU country, we'd advise checking their specific customs on import duty. For orders shipped to the UK & EU, no custom fee apply. In Australia imports over $1000 can be subject to import tax in some cases.
UNUSUAL DELAYS
Weather, Holidays, and unusually high demand on your geographical postal service, can in those circumstances, sometimes cause delays on deliveries. We do our absolute best to keep you informed on anticipated delays, but unfortunately we cannot account for all delays worldwide and we appreciate your patience and understanding in those circumstances.
When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected.
Public Holidays and Holiday Seasons can increase the expected wait time for delivery due to high demand on postal and delivery services during those periods, and also due to holiday closures.
Covid-19 has affected Delivery in different geographical locations at varying levels. But some delays have been experienced in some locations due to high demand on the postal and delivery services during this time.
